Payment & Cancellation Policies
Payment is due before services are conducted. Cancellation/reschedule fees may apply.
Payment is due in advance of each session. Payment must be issued at the start of each session at the latest. No work will be conducted without secure payment.
The full tidying service requires a letter of commitment at the start of service. Each party will have until 14 days from the written start date within the letter of commitment to cancel future service.
Sessions canceled with less than 5 days notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Sessions can be rescheduled without incurring fees with 3 or more days’ notice or if they can be rescheduled for a date within the same week they were originally booked for. All other reschedules incur a 10% rescheduling fee.
We do not accept returns/refunds for our Etsy products at this time. No cancellations.
Intellectual Property Rights
We love when people share our content. Share away, but with care!
All intellectual property of Clementidy made publicly available by the company is sharable, but must be shared with explicit reference to Clementidy as the owner of that property. If you would like to share a link to a place to reach us, even better!
Private content shared with you during Clementidy services should not be shared. This information is meant to be distributed only as part of Clementidy services.

Clementidy may ask for personal information such as your full name, address, phone number, and email address during client intake and service.
This information will only be used as explicitly stated, in order to conduct services or share information/updates with you about our company. This information will not be shared with anyone outside of our company.
